The Saratoga City Council approved the Village Design Standards after over a year of development. The standards will be placed on the consent calendar for adoption at the next city council meeting. A child from Saratog, 7, has also written and illustrated "The Book of Emotions", teaching children that all emotions are okay and can be understood in healthy ways.
