Photos: Thousands across Bay Area join nationwide “No Kings Day” protest

The third consecutive "No Kings Day" protest took place across the country, with over 3,000 events planned for the event. The protest is against what participants believe is the Trump administration's "authoritative rule" and policies that they believe undermine democracy. The first event took place in June in protest against a military parade in Washington, D.C.
