A report by Do No Harm (DNH) has revealed that some online pharmacies may be allowing minors to obtain cross-sex hormones with alarming ease. The report also highlighted resources that promote online pharmacies and distribution networks for “homebrewed” transgender hormones, including guides on how to self-administer such hormones. DNH's chief medical officer, Kurt Miceli, stated that these medications carry significant risks, including effects that can be irreversible. He urged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other federal agencies to investigate any potential unlawful sellers.
