New Pittsburgh Restaurant Group Forms, Pledges Significant Local Growth

New Pittsburgh Restaurant Group, led by Herky and Lisa Pollock, has formed to consolidate their current portfolio and plan to launch a minimum of three new dining concepts in 2026. The group also includes Chef Ed and Amanda Smith, and Matthew Minichino. Pollock is also the founder and CEO of the company.
