A cold front is moving south towards San Antonio and is expected to bring rain, cooler temperatures, and strong winds. The potential severe storm risk is low for mainly eastern Texas, but it could potentially affect the eastern half of the area. The front will move into the Hill Country and will bring scattered showers or thunderstorms, but this will be the highest rain chance for the day. Despite this, temperatures will drop into the low to mid-60s and temperatures will remain in the mid-50s. The cold front will also bring down the threat of severe weather.
