Georgia schools should treat severe storms with same caution as snow

The National Weather Service confirmed an EF-0 tornado in DeKalb, Georgia, along with three other brief tornadoes. The storm front had already generated potentially threatening cloud rotations and caused heavy wind and rain in its path. The schools should have done better during this time of uncertainty, particularly in the case of severe weather.
