The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that the petition to recall Whitehall's mayor and two sitting councilmembers was wrongfully determined to have the right number of signatures for the special election. The ruling allows the original petitioners ten days to collect the remaining remaining signatures. A special recall election is scheduled for May 28.
