Andy Kotelnicki reacclimating to Jayhawks football during spring practice

Andy Kotelnicki, who left the Kansas University football program to become the offensive coordinator at Penn State in 2023, has been reintegrated into the Jayhawks football program since his departure. The team has not achieved bowl eligibility since Kotelniki's departure and their offense has lacked the explosiveness they were once known for. He returned to Lawrence to reunite with his long-time head coach, Lance Leipold, and will resume play-calling duties. Jim Zebrowski, who was elevated from quarterbacks coach to co-offensive coordinator after Kotelicki's dismissal, is now the passing game coordinator.
