Gunman detained after double shooting at motel in Spring Branch

A man in his 60s and his 30s were shot and injured at the Scottish Inn Motel in Spring, Texas. The suspect was found lying in the ground and refused to move when confronted by the 60-year-old man who had rented the room. He then turned around and started shooting, injuring both men. The man was later found at an apartment complex.
