Clackamas County man sentenced for murdering roommate, burning her body

Bobby Alsup, a 33-year-old man from Oregon, has been sentenced to 352 months in prison for the 2024 murder of his roommate, Kaley Snow. Alsup was found guilty of second-degree murder, first-degree arson, and unlawful use of a weapon. He had been renting a room in Snow's home in unincorporated Clackamas County. Prior to her murder, Snow had texted a friend saying she was worried Alsup might harm her. AlSup killed Snow with a hammer and hid her body in a shed on the property before setting it on fire. Despite his long criminal history, Alsup plans to appeal this case.
