The 52-year-old Asian elephant escaped from her habitat at the ABQ BioPark and was found by zoo security outside her enclosure at around 7:30 a.m. The incident occurred without injury to any other elephants. The zoo has now reopened at a later date while clearing paths from where Alice ate plants and trees.
