The weekend includes Cardi B's first headline arena tour in six years, promoting her first studio album since 2018's "Invasion of Privacy". The 31-city tour will continue at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, with tickets starting at around $150. Other notable events include the Indiana Flower and Patio Show, D.L. Hughley's comedy tour, a reimagining of "The Scarlet Letter" at The Studio Theater in Carmel, and the Pacers' two games at the venue. Meanwhile, the 68th annual event at the Indiana State Fairgrounds is open at 10am from Saturday through next Sunday.
