The New York Jets are choosing between Ohio State's Arvell Reese and Texas Tech's David Bailey for their No. 2 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, which is expected to be a two-horse race. Despite Fernando Mendoza likely to go No. 1 to the Las Vegas Raiders, both Reese and Bailey have been seen as the favorites to go second overall numerous times. As of Thursday morning, Bailey is a slight -135 favorite to be the selection for the Jets. The team's second first-round pick at No. 16 is also likely to be wide receiver, although oddsmakers are split on who will be chosen. The Jets' general manager, Darren Mougey, expressed confidence in the draft class ahead of the deadline.
