The Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate debate has been delayed due to severe weather conditions. The winner of the April 7 election will be elected to a 10-year term on the state's highest court. The debate was postponed last week due to a health scare. The current 4-3 margin on the Supreme Court is set to be maintained.
