One in custody after report of shooting in Kiana

The Northwest Arctic Borough has taken one person into custody following a report of a shooting in Kiana, Alaska. The incident occurred during the night and early morning. The public safety officer was able to detain the suspect without incident. The North American team is not yet sure what happened.
