Three people are in custody in connection with the shooting death of Enaje Bates, who was killed just days before her 18th birthday. The suspects are identified as JaMonta Franklin, Kevin Slack, and DeMarion McNabb, all of Centreville, Mississippi. Two juveniles have also been charged with murder and aggravated assault in relation to the case. The investigation remains ongoing.
