Two New York City bombing suspects, Emir Balat, and Ibrahim Kayumi, have been indicted for allegedly hurling two homemade incendiary devices in an ISIS-inspired March 7 attack outside Gracie Mansion during an anti-Muslim protest. The suspects were caught on dashcam footage discussing their plans to target white supremacist Jake Lang and kill up to 60 civilians, both cops and civilians. The pair also discussed their desire for maximum casuaulites and their backup plan to toss the bombs in a cafe if all else failed. The IEDs were hurled at the crowd but did not detonate. Balat and Kayumi are now being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
