Woman stabbed from behind while walking on West Side, police say

A woman is in a serious condition after being stabbed in the back while walking on the West Side of San Antonio. The attack occurred around 1.30am on North Elmendorf Street near West Poplar Street. No arrests have been made yet. The woman is believed to have been stabbed multiple times.
