The proposal for a car wash facility at 425 Route 206 in Hillsborough, New Jersey, has been represented by attorney Jennifer M. Knarich of Price, Meese, Schulman & D’Arminio, representing Flagship NJ Propco LLC, which was doing business as Spotless Brands Car Wash. The proposal includes parking, drive aisles, sidewalks, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, and other site improvements. However, Planning Board Chairman John Ciccarelli stated that the project is not permitted in the area and must be decided by the zoning board through a use variance. Concerns were raised about traffic circulation, storm water management, traffic circulation and stormwater usage.
