Northeast Ohio Weather: Colder than normal today

A cold weather continues to affect the area, with temperatures only reaching the 30s and a strong south wind. This will be followed by a winter mix of rain, which is expected to occur later in the day. The weather will also be colder than usual, but it is predicted that it will be warmer than usual.
