DWI, Domestic Violence, Trespassing Arrests Reported In Raritan

On March 16, James Gunter, 40, with no known address, was arrested following a trespassing investigation at a local church. Gunter had warrants for his arrest issued by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office and the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office. Jason Howell, 36, of Valdosta, Georgia, was charged with eluding following a motor vehicle pursuit that ended on Interstate 78 in Hunterdon County. On March 27, Aldousian Pacunayen, 29, was also arrested for possessing a stolen motor vehicle. On April 2, a 53-year-old Raritan man was arrested for a domestic violence offense at a home. Damian Little, 42, was allegedly arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and was also charged with resisting arrest. Luis Hernandez-Aguilera, 45, of Trenton was arrested and charged with falsifying records after an officer discovered he had a fraudulent temporary license plate attached to his vehicle. A total loss of $5,30033 was reported by business owner.
