New video obtained from grand jury evidence shows Gavin Caci, accused of drunkenly driving his Tesla onto a sidewalk and injuring a family visiting from the UK. The footage was captured by cameras on Caci's 2026 Tesla Model Y and shows the car drifting to the right and mounting the sidewalk before it hit two adults and a child. The victim's mother and daughter were left critically injured. Caci has pleaded not guilty to DUI and hit-and-run charges and his trial is set to begin on April 13.
