Tears and tributes filled a Clovis nail salon on Tuesday, April 7, as community mourns the deaths of 41-year-old Martha Hernandez and her son, Adrian, who were killed in a hit-and-run crash in Fresno, California. The crash was caused by a driver running a red light and causing Hernandez's car to sink into a canal, leading to her submerged car and her 9-year old son's body being found three miles away. The driver, Timothy Seth Chavez, later surrendered and is facing multiple counts of gross vehicular manslaughter and hit-And-run.
