Suspect in JCC shooting arrested after turning himself in: Police

A man, 38-year-old Eric Fenton, has been arrested in connection to a shooting that left another man seriously injured in James City County, Virginia. Fenton is accused of shooting a man on February 17 and is being held without bond pending arraignment. The victim is in a serious but stable condition.
