HomeAid Southern Nevada, the non-profit arm of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, held a trivia night fundraiser in Las Vegas to raise money for homeless services. The event involved 23 teams and over 100 participants, with all proceeds going towards the organization's mission to build and renovate spaces for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The money raised will support HomeAid's mission of providing shelter beds and food pantries inside local Title I schools. Taylor Booth, executive director of HomeAid Southern Nevades, said the organization is currently working with Living Grace Homes to build 14 emergency beds for young pregnant women and mothers. Non-athlete participants can donate or volunteer through HomeAid’s website.
