The East Texas area has been declared a First Alert Weather Day due to potential strong to severe thunderstorms. Temperatures are expected to warm up into the 70s this afternoon due to another round of sunny skies and breezy southerly winds. However, temperatures will drop behind the cold front, potentially falling into the middle 30s by Monday morning and potentially leading to a potential cold snap. The weather will be colder by the end of the day, but temperatures will return to the 60s for all by Tuesday afternoon.
