Fairfax Station Church Burglary Suspect Arrested After Stolen Vehicle Found In Hybla Valley

A Lorton man, 30, has been arrested in connection with a burglary at a church in Fairfax Station, Virginia, after a stolen church vehicle was found in Hybla Valley. The suspect, identified as 30-year-old Akuamoa Boateng, forced entry to the church and stole items. During the investigation, detectives learned that a vehicle owned by the church had also been stolen. Boateng was taken into custody and charged with various felonies including burglary, auto theft, larceny with intent to sell, felony destruction, and possession of Schedule I/II drugs. If convicted, Boateng could face up to 10 years in prison or 12 months in jail.
