Man who allegedly fled scene of crash at zoo calls police to report car stolen

Devin David Overton, a 34-year-old man accused of fleeing law enforcement and crashing into a zoo in Des Moines, Iowa, was arrested after he reported his car being stolen. Overton allegedly fled a traffic stop and crashed through a fence before coming to a halt at the zoo. Police found Overton's vehicle and identified him as the driver of the vehicle.
