Seaboard South End is under new management with three new concepts coming

A new multi-concept restaurant and event venue, Seaboard South End, is taking shape inside the former brewing space at 3232 South Blvd. The restaurant will offer three different experiences: TALO 33, a steakhouse focused on grass-fed proteins, Sound Garden, and The Boundary, a co-working and private events space operated separately by founder Kevin Beck. The new management is led by chef Ricardo Carrasco and entrepreneur Hunter Duran. An official opening date for all three concepts hasn't been announced.
