Omaha man injured in cutting in Council Bluffs, Grand Island man arrested for attempted murder

A Grand Island man, Moses Brown, has been arrested for an alleged attempted murder in Council Bluffs, Nebraska. Police allege that Brown cut Gary Townsend at a home on Avenue B around 5 a.m. on Wednesday. He fled and was later arrested in Fremont, Nebraska for a parole violation warrant and attempted murder.
