Kylee Harris, a 20-year-old woman from Mississippi, has reduced her screen time to two days, following an initiative by Outward Bound, an organization for outdoor activities. The Reset, a day of 24 days where participants were allowed to stay off their phones for 10 hours, was held by Outwards Bound, with over 50,000 participants, 66% of whom were Gen Z. Harris credits the change to her ability to stay present where she is and achieve more work and family activities. She credits her transformation to using an app called Brainrot to manage her social media usage and an analog alarm clock.
