The World Health Organisation (WHO) has requested a proposal for a joint process to transform the global health architecture (GHA) into a more inclusive, transparent and efficient approach to addressing country needs. The process aims to streamline mandates, improve coordination, aligns financing with country-led strategies, and create a more comprehensive approach to the problem. All input must be received by 18 April 2026.
