The shop stated that this was something they would never authorize or accept. The driver had been unable to access the restaurant due to high demand and was unable to accept the order before staff arrived. The owner, Tan Truong, said they have protocols against using products like that and do not condone leaving it outside like that. Last year, Chef Geoffrey Lee was "relieved of his day-to-day duties" following a backlash over a viral dispute over a review.
