Durham office conversion into student halls recommended

The proposal for the conversion of an office building into student residences has been recommended by the Department of Public Affairs (DPA), as long as developers pay £62,000 to improve local transport accessibility and public open spaces. The building, which is currently vacant, will have 45 self-contained studios spread across three floors.
