The New York State Police have seized a cache of weapons during a traffic stop on I-84. The driver, 30-year-old Rosario Suarez, was arrested and charged with five counts of manufacture, transport, disposition, and felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. The police also found several high-capacity magazines in the vehicle.
