Man Charged With Homicide In Crash That Killed Geneva Couple

Charles T. Rodgers, 20, has been indicted on numerous charges related to the fatal crash that killed 85-year-old Dennis White and his wife, Ritsuko White. The charges include two counts of reckless homicide, unlawful possession of a stolen car, reckless driving, and speeding. The BMW was driven by Rodgers, who did not legally own it. The crash left the BMW off the road into a wooded area, causing it to catch fire.
