‘Sense of peace’: George Foreman fulfills long-held wish with final resting spot, family says

Former heavyweight boxing champion George Foreman has been laid to rest in Iowa, fulfilling a long-held wish for a place that his loved ones say he never forgot. The Foreman family laid him to rest at Logan Park Cemetery overlooking the Loess Hills and near Stone State Park in Sioux City last April. The 8-foot monument was installed within the last week and Foreman's family returned to visit the recently added monument.
