Derrick Terry, 18, is accused of murdering 18-year-old Anthony Davis during a drug-related robbery on February 4. The robbery allegedly involved a drug deal involving marijuana. Terry was booked into the Hamilton County jail and is scheduled to appear before a judge on Wednesday. The victim was found dead in a crashed vehicle a mile away from the gas station. A week later, Destiny Newman, 19, was arrested on a murder charge and remains on a $1 million bond. It is unclear if Terry or Newman knew the victim through school.
