Northeast Ohio prepares for second round of strong winds

N. Ohio communities are preparing for another round of strong winds, with concerns that downed power lines could spark and possibly cause a fire. Captain Joe Houdeshell from the Lorain Fire Department has provided advice on what to do if power lines come down near them. He advised people to stay far and safe and not to approach them.
