A Kentucky man, 71-year-old Raymond Harp, has been charged with sexual abuse for allegedly kissing an underage girl's neck at a grocery store. The incident occurred at a Price Less IGA when Harp approached the girl, who reportedly complimented her and asked for a hug before making inappropriate comments. Harp was identified through surveillance footage and admitted to kissing the girl. Police also found a previous search on Harp's phone for "teens looking for sex" on the same date.
