Traveling flag honoring nation’s 250th anniversary flies over Iowa State Capitol

A traveling American flag flew over the Iowa State Capitol as part of the nation's 250th anniversary celebration. The ceremony was held following the deaths of two Iowa service members, Army Reserve Sgt. Declan Coady and Maj. Jeffrey O’Brien. The flag will continue its journey across the country.
