A 13-year-old Oklahoma boy is being held in a Texas juvenile detention center in connection with the death of 31-year old woman Malary Clayton. The victim was identified by the Bryan County Sheriff's Office as Clayton, who died from a gunshot wound. The boy was the primary suspect in the killing, which occurred in Colbert on Friday, Feb. 27. A missing person's alert was issued for the boy after he traveled "south of the Oklahoma/Texas border." The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) determined that Clayton died from injuries consistent with homicide. The sheriff described the death as "heartbreaking" and "especially tragic" due to the age of the alleged offender.
