Chicago indie rock band Brigitte Calls Me Baby, Wes Leavins, the singer of the band, has released their second album, "Irreversible," out on March 13 on ATO Records. The album was inspired by his brief pen pal relationship with Brigitte Bardot and influenced by his thoughts about death and existentialism. The band's songs were largely written on the road last year while they were on a relentless touring schedule. Since moving to Chicago from Texas in 2020, the band has quickly gained popularity with their retro-rock sound and retro pop songs. The duo has also gained notoriety with appearances on radio stations and tour dates with Muse, Inhaler and Fontaines D.C.
