Tewksbury resident, Sarah Meech, will participate in the Boston Marathon after her father was diagnosed with colon cancer. Meeche has been running since she was 15 and has raised thousands of dollars for causes such as the Terry Fox Run, the Lowell General Hospital Teamwalk for Cancer Care, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and the Joe Andruzzi Foundation. She chose the foundation because their mission aligns with her family's experience.
