Several areas on the University of Utah campus have been identified as potential locations for potential measles exposure amid rising cases across Utah. The Salt Lake County Health Department stated that exposure occurred between March 24 and March 28, including during a STEM Conference at the Crocker Science Center. Health officials advised anyone exposed to these locations to watch for symptoms, which can spread easily through the air. So far in 2026, over 360 Utahns have been diagnosed with measles, mostly in the southwest region of the state.
