LAPD involved in injury crash in San Fernando Valley

A Los Angeles Police Department vehicle was involved in a two-car crash that left a 30-year-old woman hospitalized. The crash occurred near the intersection of Tamarack Avenue and Sheldon Street in Sun Valley. It is unclear whether the injured person was an officer. The intersection is currently closed while police investigate the incident.
