Adan Negron-Morris, the suspect in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Miami Beach that killed two spring breakers, Greatgomon Laowatdhanasapya and Sarisa Kongduang, was driving recklessly and without headlights when he hit them. The victims, who were on spring break, were rushed to a local hospital where they died of their injuries. Negron Morris, who was previously involved in another hit and was held on a $1 million bond, told investigators he intended to take his own life by crashing his vehicle and suffers from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. He also showed signs of impairment but refused to give a blood sample to investigators.
