Dallas Jay White, a 34-year-old Moorhead man, has been charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, a felony that carries a maximum sentence of seven years in prison, or a $14,000 fine. The incident occurred during an argument between White and his girlfriend. White allegedly grabbed the victim's head with one hand and stabbed him with the other. The victim was treated at a hospital without needing stitches.
