James T. Loucks, a 24-year-old Naperville man, has been charged with two felonies, including a misdemeanor DUI and a felony for aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon. The police found a loaded 9mm handgun and a white powdery substance that field-tested positive for cocaine in his vehicle during an inventory search.
