A man has been charged with second-degree murder in relation to the fatal stabbing of a U.S. Marine from California on April 5. The incident occurred during fights in the 1300 block of Corbett Street in Wilmington, North Carolina. The victim, Daniel Montano, was a lance corporal with the 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Division at Camp Lejeune. Police have released surveillance photos showing a person of interest in the case.
